【Master's Degree Program for Working Professionals (Evening)】
The background of our Master's degree Program for Working Professionals (Evening) is mainly from private enterprises and civil service. The purpose of this Master's degree Program for Working Professionals (Evening) is to cultivate professional talents and foster business management analysis and application of public and private enterprises in southern Taiwan.
We expect they have unique competitive advantages in the workplace, so that they can face the rapid changes of the industry and quickly grasp the trend and impact, and have sufficient analysis and decision-making ability to meet the continuous challenges inside and outside of the organization. In addition, they should strengthen interpersonal communication, team spirit and leadership skills, and fully understand information technology analysis strategy role in Department of Business Management. It is expected to cultivate the following three kinds of management skills and abilities.
(A) To develop management talents with both theory and practice and look forward to assisting managers of enterprises in solving problems by applying theory to practice.
(B) Through the teaching method of practical cases in Master’s degree Program for Working Professionals (Evening), training students how to apply the theoretical model in the workplace.
(C) Through the cultivation of working professional students, in future it can be used as an opportunity for the development of industry-university cooperation, deepen the relationship between the Department and industry, and improve the influence of the Department in small and medium-sized enterprises in the south Taiwan.
The goal of training is to provide five multi-dimensional subjects to nurture the student's abilities of comprehensive application, professional analysis and independent thinking.
